Healthy to eat, easy to make
Ingredient
Beetroot : 1 small (chop it in 4-5pieces)
Carrot : 3-4(chop it in 3-4pieces)
Onion : 1 medium (chop it in4-5pieces)
Garlic : 4-5 cloves (optional)
Butter : for frying
Cloves : 1-2
Black pepper : 4-5(optional)
Bay leave : 1(optional)
Cream : 1/4 cup
Salt : To taste
Sugar : 1/2 tsp
Milk : 1/4 cup (optional)
Method
1 Put pressure cooker on the flame and add butter.
2 Add onion and garlic into the cooker and saute(remove rawness) it.
3 Add Carrot and beetroot and saute it again.
4 Add little water and Cook it for 4-5 minutes (2-3vessels)
5 Cool and grind it in a food processor or mixer.
6 Sieve and put it on slow flame again.
7 Add salt to taste, sugar and cream.
8 At the last add cream.
9 Add milk or water to liquidize its thickness.
Notes:
You can add corn flour to increase its thickness.
You can add roasted bread crumbs or cheese cubes to make it more delicious.
Remove the bay leave before grinding.
