Chinese Fried Rice
Ingredients
Rice : 1cup
Oil : 1-1/2tbs spoon
Vegetables : 1Cup chopped (Carrot, beans, Capsicum, Mushroom, peas, onion and cabbage)
Soya Sauce : 2tsp
Ajinomoto : 1/2tsp
salt : According to taste
water : For boiling
Method:
1 Boil the rice (almost done not completely boiled)
2 Put the deep flat pan on flame.
3 Add cooking oil to the pan leave it for 1 minute on medium flame.
4 Start adding vegetables in this sequence (onion, peas, carrot, beans,
mushroom,capsicum and cabbage)
5 Stir all the vegetable continuously 2-3 minutes.
6 Add ajinomoto salt in it.
7 Now add boiled rice and soya sauce, stir it.
8 Add salt and Mix it well.
Notes :
Use salt a bit less than you usually use because ajinomoto and soya sauce have salty taste characteristics itself.
In this recipe we don't fully cook the vegetables. We just saute it(remove rawness) But if you like to cook the vegetables then you can cook it by adding water for 5-10 minutes and make it dry and then add boiled rice.
To avoid sticking or burning you can turn off the flame while mixing.
When adding soya sauce, mix it well.
