What is Rice Pudding? Rice pudding is basically dish that is made up from rice with water or milk, sugar, and other ingredients such as cinnamon and raisins or dry fruits.  This is basically devoured  as dessert in India.  But in other parts of the world, the adding of sugar is basically added when you are preparing it as a dessert.
